It’s not on the writer it’s on Medium

If Medium wants a different type of writing to shine then they have to reward it.

If your stats say if you write about A — you make $5 per article but if you write about B — you make $50 per article then what are you going to write about?

If your goal is to use Medium as a source of (not sole source) income then well…you write what people want to read.

And as much as people complain about it writing about writing and writing about Medium are what people say time and time to read.
